From Parle Point, Surat Chess Club is about ten minutes down Vesu Canal Road. Our classroom is on the first floor of Canal Walkk Shoppers on VIP Road, directly opposite L.P. Savani School — offline chess classes for children from age four and for adults, in small batches on real boards.
Getting to the club from Parle Point
From Parle Point, take Vesu Canal Road south into Vesu and continue to VIP Road; L.P. Savani School is the landmark, and Canal Walkk Shoppers is directly opposite. The club is on the first floor. Google Maps puts the trip at 4.4 km, about 10 minutes by car via Vesu Canal Road in normal traffic. Parking is available outside.
At ten minutes, the weekday after-school batches (Tuesday to Friday, 4:00–8:00 PM) are an easy trip from Parle Point. Parents who work late often choose a Saturday or Sunday morning batch instead, and adults can join the adults-only batch at 7:00 PM.
